[tab name='Product Description']
Upgrade your Mustang rear suspension and add some serious handling with our MTF Watts Link setup. This style listed here is our knock down version for the do it yourself enthusiast, but we have two more if you want a full differential and the welding done to the housing for you. Below is the knockdown version information.
The shocks and coilovers are an integral part of any suspension. We utilize the proven QA1 double adjustable DD403 10" shocks and coilovers. QA1’s double adjustable shocks have 18 positions of compression and 18 positions of rebound adjustment on each giving you 324 valving options. There are no jumps when adjusting between any two clicks. Each adjustment has been carefully defined to provide the ideal force curve to maximize performance.
Knock down kit: You weld on the Watts Link shock supports, short swing arm mounts and pivot mount to your rear end. The rest of the parts come ready to assemble from MTF. NOTE: You need a 3" tube on your housing for this system.

Benefits
- If you add our Watts Link, to the MTF full sub-frame, you have almost a full frame under your Mustang with no costly modifications to the body.
- Our top mount watts design will not allow for lateral motion of the rear differential for increased control, stability and cornering. There is no bulky contraptions hanging off your differential. Our watts is out of sight and it will not disappoint.
- Our top mount watts arms attach with a pivot point to the differential and to the frame. This keeps the rear axle centered under the car and only allows for a vertical motion.
- The Watts Link is an upgraded design from the panhard bar. The panhard bar cannot keep the axle centered during vertical motion and allows the differential to move horizontally.
- QA1 double adjustable shocks and coil-overs come with our kits.
- The frame rail covers are 7 gauge American-made steel. They install simply and are self aligning from your existing rear spring mount holes.
- The 4 swing arms and upper shock support are coated black.
- Includes all necessary grade 8 mounting hardware
- Full PDF of installation instructions with pictures
- Rear Differential Brake Line Kit available from MTF to fit.
