1965-1970 Exhaust Hanger Reinforcement Plate

These plates add support for the rear seat floor pan and include holes drilled for hanger and seat belt. They provide extra strength for the sheet metal and prevent metal fatigue or cracking due to the weight of the exhaust. Also included with the floor support plates are studded hanger plates. These studded plates insert through the floor to provide a total solid structure with exterior mounting studs for original style or after market exhaust hangers. This is sold as a set of 2.

There are two ways these can be installed. We typically weld these in place but panel bonding is another option for those who don't have access to a welder.
