Manufacturer warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase by the original retail customer.
What is covered: Manufacturing defects only. Remedy: At [Manufacturer]'s sole option, repair or replacement of the defective part. Labor, shipping, installation, and consequential damages are not covered.

What is not covered:
Improper installation, alignment, or adjustment
Modification, welding, drilling, bending, or alteration of the part
Use of incorrect fasteners, bushings, or hardware
Misuse, accident, racing, or off-road use
Normal wear, corrosion after installation, or damage from bodywork or paint processes
Any vehicle that has been in a collision or has structural damage affecting the part mounting points
Claims require the original purchase receipt, the failed part returned for inspection, and photographs of the installation. [Manufacturer] reserves the right to deny any claim that, in its sole judgment, results
from improper installation or other excluded causes.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. [Manufacturer]'s liability is limited to the purchase price of the part.
